Starting March 10th through March 12th we will be in Stuttgart, AR at RNT's Flying Duck Taproom cooking and serving an exclusive plated dinner on Tuesday night for the J Stephens Custom Call dinner and the serving up Kansas City BBQ for the VIP dinners on Wednesday and Thursday evenings! Tuesday's menu will include Pork Belly Lolipops as the appetizer, cut spinach salad with blueberries, sliced strawberries and halo oranges tossed in a peach flavored vinaigrette dressing.
The main course will be a reverse seared double cut bone in pork chop, sliced and smothered in a Granny Smith apple reduction. Jalapeño cheddar grits will round out the meal finishing with a dessert of creme brûlée.
Wednesdays and Thursdays menu will be similar featuring pulled pork, spare ribs, sliced brisket/burnt ends and of course the famous sausage from Krizman's in Kansas City, KS.
Our signature sides of pit beans, adobe chipotle slaw and green chile mac will accompany these dinners
