OUR AWARD-WINNING BBQ MEALS
Along with our championship Kansas City BBQ, we’ll provide the staff to service your event. Food is served in temperature-controlled serving trays with utensils, disposable table coverings, plastic flatware, paperware, and condiments included. You provide the 8’ tables and the clean up.
THE SAMPLER
This amazing meal provides a half pound per guest of our award-winning KC BBQ with your choice of two meats: Brisket (including Burnt Ends), Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, or Smoked Sausage. Sides included with this meal: BBQ Beans, Adobe Chipotle Cole Slaw, Green Chile Mac-n-Cheese, our home-made BBQ Sauce and Bread.
